Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

After that, install Unlocker right click the executable file and select Unlock. Choose Delete and reboot the computer. Before doing thins make sure to start Task manager and force the application to close.

After you've finished uninstalling, go to Start > Run and type msconfig. Select the Startup tab and deselect any Bluestacks software. Next time the computer boots, Bluestacks will not run anymore.

Close the application and use the Add or Remove Programs feature. If you use Windows XP or below you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently Installed Programs box, click on the program and then click Remove. If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the application and press Uninstall.

If it doesn't work, you can use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system. If you still see the application in the list, start Revo again, but this time click on Advanced Uninstall. Locate the application in the list and then remove it. Additionally, press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC and force quit HD-Player.exe
